We are a furniture company, with the fiscal name IMB MOBILIÁRIO LDA (NIF. 513712178) and our headquarters / store is located in Penalva do Castelo (Viseu district).
MACdesign was born a short time ago, but with ambition and desire to grow. In this way, we want to surround ourselves with the best partners.
MACdesign, offers to the end customer a panoply of services. Since, rooms, mattresses, rooms, tables, sofas, office furniture, lighting, bespoke kitchens, 3D designs, toilet furniture, wallpaper, articles and decoration and we also provide, decoration service for housing / office / business Of our client.

Prices
The prices and specifications published on the website are subject to change without notice. MACdesign declines any responsibility for any published errors. Prices include VAT at the rate in force.

Delivery times
The delivery time depends on the place of delivery. However, a delivery time of 30 days is expected in Portugal. However, if you wish to receive the products in less time, you should contact the customer support service at geral@macdesignmobiliario.pt and phone numbers 232642147 or 961102781.
The customer will be subsequently contacted by our services in order to check their availability for reception and delivery.

Deliveries
Normally within a radius of 30 km (Point: Penalva do Castelo), transportation and assembly are free.
For the remaining municipalities, delivery and transportation may have a cost. This must be previously consulted and made available on a case-by-case basis to the client.
Orders are only valid after confirmed by the company.

Payment
Whenever some kind of material is ordered, except for the one displayed in store, the value of 20% in the award is charged, the remaining amount is paid on delivery (unless otherwise agreed with the management).
In the case of kitchens, 30% of the total value of the contract is requested, since this is done specifically for each client. The remaining amount is paid on delivery (unless otherwise agreed with management). The payment methods used are: cash, check or bank transfer.

Cancellations
Order cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The amount delivered, as a sign, will not be refundable.

Warranties
Free after - sales service (during warranty), when the product is defective in manufacturing or finishing.
All products are guaranteed for 2 years.
MACdesign also provides after-sales service and repair.

3D Projects
MACdesign develops 3D projects, providing a three-dimensional and intelligent view of the space of your home for free.
We offer the customer a decoration service that allows him to build a virtual image with a "real" approach to the layout of the furniture in his house.
In the case of kitchens, our team wakes up with the client a visit to the space, performs the necessary measurements and then the 3D drawing is performed, based on the preferences of each client. The client can also order several different solutions and then you can request adaptations to your chosen design until you reach your dream kitchen.
